Deleting your account and data

You can delete your FunPay Lite Bot account yourself, from the bot's own settings. This page explains how, what is removed, and what is kept and why.

Which app this applies to

FunPay Lite Bot (browser extension) and FunPay Lite Client for Android (com.lenvio.funpayliteclient), published by Lenvio Software. Both use the same account.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the bot's settings page: funpay.com/lite (in the Android app: the menu button, then "Bot settings").
  2. Go to the "Account" section.
  3. Press "Delete account" and confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. It is not reversible and there is nothing to wait for.

If you cannot reach the settings page, write to support@funpaylitebot.com from the address linked to your account, or message @NightStrang6r on Telegram, and we will delete it for you.

An active subscription blocks deletion

While a paid subscription is running, the account cannot be deleted: the time you paid for would disappear with no way to restore it. Wait for the subscription to expire, then delete the account. The restriction lifts by itself.

What is deleted

  • the account itself and its profile;
  • sign-in methods linked to it (Google, VK, Telegram) and all active sessions;
  • subscription and order history;
  • the link to your FunPay account and to your Telegram account;
  • texts generated for you by the AI features.

What is kept, and why

Two things outlive the account. We would rather say so here than let you find out later.

  • Payment records, if you ever paid. Accounting law requires them to be kept, and they stay for five years from the transaction. They are detached from the deleted account.
  • The record of activity on the FunPay marketplace itself - your FunPay user id, nickname and daily counts of how often the bot reported in. Deleting the Lite Bot account unlinks it from you, but the row remains, because it describes the marketplace account rather than ours.

To have the marketplace activity record removed as well, write to support@funpaylitebot.com and say so. It is not deleted automatically because it is what the service counts to know how many people use it.

Data on your own device

Your FunPay session, themes and local bot settings are stored in the browser or in the Android app and are never sent to us. They go when you remove the extension, or, in the app, through Android settings: Apps, FunPay Lite Client, Storage, Clear storage.
